SRNLL Board of Directors Commitment

à Board Positions are for a term of one year September 2011 to September 2012
à Board Members are required to fill out a current Little League Volunteer Application and must submit to a background check. See Forms Page for current Volunteer Application and mail to SRN P.O. BOX along with a short Bio.
à All positions on the Board are held by SRN Members and Friends of SRN interested in the administration of the SRN Baseball/Softball Little Program, are not paid positions.
à Members of the local league board of directors, particularly the officers, should not be involved as members of other boards when such membership may cause a conflict of interest.
à You do not need to be a Manager or Coach to become a BOD candidate/member.
à E-Mail is the preferred method of communication between Board Members, Managers, and Coaches of SRNLL.
à All Board Members are eligible to Manage & Coach except the Player Agent.
à Board Meetings are held: First Tuesday of every month.
à Time: Regular season 8:30 PM, off-season 7:00 PM.
à Location: The Euclid or as announced by the League Secretary.
à Board Meeting Attendance:
- Executive Board Members: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President of Baseball & Softball Operations, Vice President of Administrative Operations, Player Agent Baseball/Softball and League Information Officer comprise the executive board. Meetings held as needed.
- All other BOD members must attend one meeting per month and prepare reports as required.
