and learn what coaches expect at this level of play.
 

Beginner Baseball

Ages 5-8
Focusing on baseball basics (throwing, catching and hitting) for younger players.

Hitting Instruction - Baseball
5 weeks of a detailed breakdown of the major components of hitting. Including stance, load, extension and follow through.
 
Pitching Instruction
This class will work on all components of pitching:
approach, take away, extension, ball position,
pick off moves, as well as the mental aspects.

Registration forms are beginning to come in for the 2012 Northstars Baseball Winter Clinic. We will be running two sessions over the February vacation again this year. The clinic will be a three day clinic on Feb 21st, 22nd and 23rd.  Session 1 will be from 8:00 - 11:00 and is for grades K - 4.  Session 2 will be from 11:30 - 2:30 for grades 5 - 9.

The Northstars baseball coaching staff and returning varsity players will be doing all the teaching at the clinic.  We are looking forward to working with you and hope you choose to attend the clinic this year.  Due to the clinic being held inside, we can only take a limited number of players in each session.
