Each year we focus on having our managers & coaches provide the kids with a great learning environment, from teaching baseball fundamentals to advanced skills, sportsmanship, player camaraderie, and of course some good old competitive fun.

At the AAA level we will have children that range from 9 to 11 years of age. The AAA level although more competitive from AA is still a development level. We strive to teach the kids a variety of positions during the year, and to improve the kid’s ability. As season draws to a close we will move on to division playoffs, then to onto the district tournament.

SRNLL encourages Parents to attend games & practices. Parent participation and involvement is a key success factor with your child’s enjoyment of the baseball season as well as his or her success in learning the fundamental skills of the game. We encourage all parents to practice at home with their child. 

The SRNLL Baseball Program is an instructional program. To achieve each Division’s development goal, all teams will provide a practice schedule prior League play. Player’s participation at practice is essential to their development and promotion to next level of play.
