For many of our players this is their first year of making the transition from hitting from a tee to facing live pitching from their coach. Our returning players are looking to improve on the skills they learned the year before.
We are an instructional division with our primary focus on the proper fundamentals of baseball. We stress the importance of teamwork, rules of the game and how to play the game all in a safe environment.
SRNLL encourages Parents to attend games & practices. Parent participation and involvement is a key success factor with your child’s enjoyment of the baseball season as well as his or her success in learning the fundamental skills of the game. We encourage all parents to practice at home with their child.
The SRNLL Baseball Program is an instructional program. To achieve each Division’s development goal, all teams will provide a practice schedule prior League play. Player’s participation at practice is essential to their development and promotion to next level of play.
Parent’s first line of communication is the Team Managers & Coaches. If you need additional information or assistance, we encourage you to pursue the line of communication through your Division Coordinator, VP of Baseball Operations and SRN President. Please click on Board of Directors.
